Can I add a different watermark for each person or company to multiple PDFs in one batch?
Combine multiple PDFs with multiple watermarks to create separate copies in one batch, organized into a folder for each watermark. 2 PDFs and 3 watermarks produce 6 PDF copies.
Is the watermark limited to a person’s name?
Use names, company names, Internal review, Draft or your own text.
Are PDFs uploaded to a server?
Source and output PDFs are processed locally on your computer. Account, subscription and device checks use network services. See Privacy for the scope.
How many copies can one job produce?
Up to 500 output PDFs per job. Source PDF count × text count determines the output count. Processing time depends on pages, content, output options and your computer.
Can it completely prevent copying or leaks?
No. It cannot completely prevent screenshots, OCR, editing or watermark removal. Re-imaging may affect text selection, search, links and forms.
Which computers are supported?
beeshoong is a PC app for Mac and Windows. Check the download page for the version and requirements for your computer.
Can I try it for free?
Solo has a cardless 7-day trial starting at the first successful app activation. Team has no free trial. See Pricing for current prices and billing periods.
Does it only rename the files?
It creates copies with your chosen watermark added inside each PDF. This is different from only changing file names.
Do I need a card for the trial?
Solo includes a cardless 7-day trial starting at the first successful desktop activation, with unlimited PDF generation. Website registration alone does not start it. Team has no free trial.
Are my PDFs uploaded?
Source and output PDFs are processed on your computer without server uploads. Account, subscription and device checks and authentication emails use internet services.
Can I work offline?
Initial activation requires internet. Offline access lasts until trial expiry, or for paid plans until the earlier of 7 days after the last successful verification and the paid period end. Connect again to verify continued access.
What happens when I cancel?
Use Billing management in your account or the subscription management link in your payment email. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Unless refunded, access continues until the paid period ends. A refund request is separate.
How do I request a refund?
If advertised core features fail on a supported system, contact support@beeshoong.com or the support link in your Paddle payment email. Start with the app version, operating system and symptoms. Confidential source PDFs are not a blanket requirement. Statutory and Paddle withdrawal and refund rights are preserved.
Which computers are supported?
beeshoong is a Windows app. Check the download page for versions and requirements.
Does my data move when I change devices?
Manage registered devices in your account. Replacing the same device slot again may be subject to a 7-day limit. Contacts, groups and presets do not sync through sign-in: export and import an encrypted backup file yourself. Source and output PDFs are excluded and must be moved separately.
Where can I check prices and discounts?
Select a country on the pricing page to see estimated tax-inclusive prices, eligible discounts, the first charge and the estimated next renewal. Confirm the final amount and terms at checkout.
I have not received my sign-in email.
Authentication emails come from beeshoong <no-reply@notify.beeshoong.com>. Check your inbox and spam folder. Email-link sign-in is for existing accounts. If the issue continues, tell support when you requested the email. Never send passwords, authentication links or codes.
